The Datchet Mead Hotel, Datchet

A 22 room hotel and bar area was fitted with Daikin wall mounts on a multi split system. Great care had to be taken as all pipe-work had to be installed on the exterior of the building as there was insufficient space internally. The installation was carried out on a room by room basis while the hotel was fully functional. Minimum disruption was caused.

The Anne Boleyn Hotel, Staines

After successfully completing a 22 room hotel in Datchet with a Daikin system, Delta T Air was invited to The Anne Boleyn Hotel in Staines to discuss their cooling and heating requirements for a 45 room refurbishment. This project gave our designers and engineers a challenge with regards to installing air conditioning into a 15th century listed building. After overcoming many obstacles including the fact that the hotel is fully functional, the team decided to do the installation in phases of 13 rooms at a time. A Mitsubishi VRF city multi system was chosen.

Having successfully completed the first phase on time and on budget with minimum disruption to the client and their guests we have now commenced on the second phase. Full images of the completed project are coming soon.

8 Broadstone Place, London

8 Broadstone Place - Prestigious offices for sports agents in the heart of London. A Daikin VRV3 was chosen for this project because of the open plan layout. A mix of cassettes and wall mounts were installed with all cable and pipe-work exposed on clients specification to keep the industrial finish. Other issues such as planning restrictions on the location of the outdoor units meant that the outdoor unit had to be placed in the stairwell. Bespoke ducts were installed for heat discharge and windows replaced with louvers to enable sufficient air flow. The project was completed on time and within budget.
